<p>however, the problem may be that the focal point is dead center, which isn't always the best placement and tells the viewer that the piece should be balanced by the opposite halves of the canvas. However, the left side is very diverse and dominated by the most powerful color in this piece, while the right is primarily made up of a red, a blue, and a grey shape, none of which really stand out. it almost creates negative space where we…</p>

However, the left side is very diverse and dominated by the most powerful color in this piece, while the right is primarily made up of a red, a blue, and a grey shape, none of which really stand out. it almost creates negative space where we see blue and grey in the top right quarter, which sinks back. maybe if you could use very bold blue colors and used a different geometric principal like line, that sense of sinking back could become more powerful, and balance the entire piece in an interesting manner. </p>
