Thank you! I see formations on side 2, reminiscent of Bryce Canyon. Your work is beautiful, and any information you provide about your ideas and media make it even more interesting.

Laurel,

Most, if not all of my work, is landscape oriented. And living now in Arizona it reflects much of the structure and colors of the southwest. I am exploring the southwest landscape but within a different perspective. "Six" reflects both the colors and the architecture of an older time (hence the facade plane on "side" 5). I wanted to break it up a bit and to give the eye small landscapes to explore. The title is a bit of a wink, as the sides are numbered  from one to five with the sixth hidden as a nod to mystery and ambiguity that all art should hold.
