Over many decades, I’ve created works in a variety of styles, mediums and techniques, within subjects of personal interest and life experience. Through my work, I’ve traveled the world for extended periods and have been immersed within cultures and relationships around the globe.  I have collaborated, worked and studied with artist and master craftsmen, in inspiring locations of Nagoya Japan, Chengdu China to East Lothian Scotland and Nice France. These experiences broadened my social and cultural views, expanded my artistic skills and have enriched my visual palette.

I’m intrigued with events, situations and emotions that shape contemporary life. I feel fortunate to be a visual artist living in this period of the early 21^st century with so many fascinating cultural topics to observe, contemplate and question.
