slice of next painting.... a discovery

I have just finished up a recent piece ... The Great Escape...title.
My pro photographer is out of town in LA, so not able to get the piece photographed... well I will try it I figure ...
So without proper 1. camera 2. settings 3. lighting 4. any sense of photo vision. I did. welllll.....

What I discovered is that my pics really looked better when I only shot part of the painting at a time ( probably due to the lighting issue), however and the reason for this blog, I discovered that within this larger piece 48 x 48 , there exists 3 individual paintings that could stand on their own without the others.
Perhaps it is the nature of the content (title : the great escape ) that the appearance of these individual stand alones arose.
Or maybe an artist critical eye, whatever the rationale... I kinda liked these new additions to the original.
