So that a teacher could tell me what's wrong. I enter competitions now and then: I entered 5 silk screen prints in a competition for a show curated by a graphic society that will be in a city art museum. I won't find out if I got in until March, but I look at my prints and am absolutely sure I have no chance of getting in. It happens a lot that I work intensely, feel sort of okay about my work, but  weeks later look back at my work and am disappointed.

Here are three of the prints I entered. I have a lot of my own criticisms but thought I would hear what others are seeing in the prints. Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Left side is a bit heavy. I would push the spiral, cylinder as a form and isolate it a bit more.
