 n University. Cash awards of up to $1000 for Best in Show and up to fi
 ve honorable mentions will be given out.\nJason Franz, the executive d
 irector and founder of Manifest Creative Research Gallery And Drawing 
 Center in Cincinnati, OH, is this year’s juror.  Eligibility To be e
 ligible for submission you must be 18 or older, and reside in Illinois
 , Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Wisconsin.\n\n
 All works must be original, ready to exhibit, completed within the las
 t two years, and not previously exhibited at Eastern Michigan Universi
 ty.\nAll works must be framed or otherwise suitable for exhibition. At
 tach completed identification cards to the back upper left hand corner
  of each accepted work.\n\nEntry Fee A non-refundable free of $25.00 e
 ntitles the artists to submit up to three works. Entries without prope
