SUMMARY:2025 Foundwork Artist Prize: International Open Call
DESCRIPTION:International Deadline: September 26, 2025 – Foundwork 
 is pleased to announce the open call for the 2025 Foundwork Artist Pri
 ze, an annual juried award for emerging and mid-career artists working
  in any media. The award includes an unrestricted $10,000 USD grant, r
 emote studio visits with each of this year’s esteemed jurors, and a 
 long-form interview as part of the Foundwork Dialogues program. In add
 ition, three shortlisted artists will be named to the 2025 Short List.
 \r\n - ELIGIBILITY The Prize is open to artists residing anywhere in 
 the world with limited exceptions. To be considered, artists will need
  to enroll online.\r\n - JURY The jury for the 2025 Foundwork Artist
  Prize includes highly acclaimed and visionary voices hailing from New
  York, Los Angeles, Boston, London, and Paris (see complete bio’s he
 re):\r\n\r\nCarmen Hermo, Lorraine and Alan Bressler Curator of Contem
 porary Art, MFA Boston, Boston\r\nEbony Haynes, Senior Director, David
  Zwirner and 52 Walker, New York City\r\nLauren Mackler, Independent C

 d Founder, Soft Opening, London Hugo Vitrani, Curator, Palais de Tokyo
 , Paris\r\n\r\n - AWARDS One honoree will receive an unrestricted $10
 ,000 grant and studio visits with each of the distinguished jurors. In
  addition, the honoree and three shortlisted artists will each be inte
 rviewed in the Foundwork Dialogues program to further public engagemen
 t with their work. Three artists per year are named to our short list.
