 h 7, 2015\n\nSUBMISSIONS – Apply OnlineArtists are invited to submit
  up to five (5) photographic images in JPEG form. Images must have bee
 n created within the past five years. Artists should complete the entr
 y form and upload their images online.DELIVERY OF ACCEPTED WORKSAll ac
 cepted work must be framed in a professional manner with hanging wire 
 (no sawtooth hangers). Work must arrive by February 21, 2015.SHIPPING 
 ARTWORKArtists shipping artwork must use UPS or FedEx, and include eit
 her an account number for return shipping or a prepaid return shipping
  bill.Perspective Gallery will not be responsible for damage occurring
  during shipment to or from the gallery. Work must be framed using ple
 xiglass, not glass. Work should be shipped in sturdy reusable containe
 rs, and packed using foam sheets or bubble wrap. Do not use packing pe
 anuts. Shipping boxes must not exceed 60 inches in length. Work exceed
 ing this size must be delivered and picked up in person. Insurance of 
 artwork during transit to and from the gallery is the responsibility o
 f the artist. The gallery will insure all works against theft, damage,
  and destruction while they are at the gallery.Artwork must be shipped

 In-Person Delivery – Artists may hand deliver work to Perspective Ga
 llery (1310 1/2 B Chicago Ave, Evanston, IL) between 12-5pm 2/19-2/21.
 SALESPerspective Gallery will receive a 40% commission on any artwork 
 sold during the exhibition. Artists will receive 60% of the sales pric
 e of any work sold.USAGE & COPYRIGHTPerspective Gallery reserves the r
 ight to publish any accepted work for the sole purpose of promoting th
 e exhibition. Use may include postcards, a catalog, the website, the F
 acebook Page, and local media. Artists shall retain full copyright of
