SUMMARY:11th Annual Magnitude 7’ International Call for Small Works
DESCRIPTION:International Deadline: April 13, 2015 – Highly regarded
  Manifest Creative Research Gallery announces ’11th Annual Magnitude
  Seven’, an international call for small works.\nEach iteration of t
 he project brings in hundreds of powerful yet diminutive works for our
  jury to consider. Inevitably we end up with a gallery full of diverse
 , compelling, and exquisite little gems. Manifest’s patrons eagerly 
 await the Magnitude SEVEN event each year. This annual project is one 
 of the most light-hearted, fun, and varied exhibits in our season. So 
 we are always excited to offer this call to artists to submit works no
  larger than seven inches in any dimension (any proportion).\nStandard
  presentation devices like mats and frames that are not considered par
 t of the work of art are not limited by the 7″ criteria.  ELIGIBILIT
 Y Magnitude SEVEN is open to everyone. Professionals as well as studen
 ts are encouraged to enter. The only limitation is that entries must r
 epresent original works of art that are 7″ or smaller.  MEDIA Open t
 o any and all traditional and non-traditional visual arts media, genre
 , subject matter, and content. The only limiting factor is size. There
  is no other thematic guideline.\nManifest’s carefully assembled jur
 ies change from project to project, and as a body have no collective p
 redisposition towards any particular kind or style of art.  JURY AND C
 URATOR Manifest’s selection process involves a complex two-part syst
 em. This exhibit will be juried by an anonymous 5-9 member panel of pr
 ofessional and academic advisors with a broad range of expertise relat
 ive to art and design. The jury will then pass along their recommendat
 ions to the exhibit curator who will make the final selections from th
 e jury-approved pool.  PUBLICATION Manifest Press will produce a high 
 quality hard-cover publication documenting this exhibition, artists, a
 nd works shown, along the other new season exhibitions. This continues
  Manifest’s commitment to documentation and dissemination of our pro
 jects, and the expansion of physical exhibits into a broader geography
  and time-frame.  ENTRY FEE $36 for up to three entries submitted. $10
  per each additional entry. Number of entries is unlimited.  ENTRY Vis

 ALE OF ARTWORK All work, unless indicated as not for sale (NFS), will 
 be available for sale during exhibit. Manifest Gallery will retain a c
 ommission of 30% of the sale price on all artwork sold during the exhi
