DESCRIPTION:International Deadline: July 12, 2014 - Pennsylvania Water
 color Society announces its 35th International Juried Exhibition, to b
 e held November 8, 2014 thru February 8, 2015, at the State Museum, Ha
 rrisburg PA. Over $12,000 in cash and merchandise awards. Open to all 
 artists 18 or older, working with water media on paper.\nAll work must
  be original, done within the past three years and not previously show
 n in any PWS exhibit. No prints, copies, class work or computer work a
 llowed. Collage elements must be less than 10% and comprised of water 
 media on paper. No diptychs or triptychs. Maximum size is 60\" (outsid
 e frame measurement) in any direction.\nJUROR Sterling Edwards is a co
 ntemporary watermedia master and photographer. His award winning water
 media paintings are in private and corporate collections throughout th
 e world and he is represented by several galleries in the U.S and Cana
