DESCRIPTION:International Deadline: June 30, 2014 - SlowArt Production
 s presents the thematic exhibition: 'Strange Figurations'. The exhibit
 ion will be held at the New York's Limner Gallery from September 11 - 
 October 4, 2014. This exhibition is open to artists worldwide, and all
  interpretations of the concept, Strange Figurations. Included are all
  forms of surreal, visionary and extraordinary figurative art. All int
 erpretations of the theme \"Strange Figurations\" will be reviewed and
  considered.\nEXHIBITION AND AWARDSWinning artists will be featured in
  a group exhibition at the Limner Gallery, September 11 - October 4, 2
 014. The exhibition will also be displayed on the Limner Gallery web s
 ite. One artist will be awarded a two page display in Direct Art Volum
 e #22, Fall 2015 issue. Two artists will be awarded a single page disp
 lay. Direct Art is SlowArt's proprietary magazine, distributed interna
 tionally in print and over the Internet.\nELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS
 The competition is open to all artists, national and international, wo
 rking in all media. All forms of painting, drawing, sculpture, photogr
 aphy, graphics, digital and installation art, video, etc. are eligible
 . Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Wall mounted wor
 ks must not be taller than 72\" no wider than 120\". Sculptural work m
 ust fit through a 36\" wide entry door.\nEXHIBITION TERMSAll works in 
 the show must be for sale. The gallery will take a 30 percent commissi
 on on all sales. Sale price is determined by the artist.\nENTRY FEESTh
 ere is a $35.00 entry fee for one to four artworks entered, presentati
 on is by digital JPG image files. There is a $5.00 fee for each additi
 onal artwork above four. Details of 2D artwork count as an additional 
 artwork. Sculptors may provide one additional view per artwork without
  cost. Artists accepted to exhibit will not be charged additional fees
  of any kind.\nIMAGE SUBMISSION GUIDELINESAll entries are via email or
  by mail.\nEmail submissions must be in JPG format, or...Submission by
  mail is by prints, digital images on CD or DVD.\nThe postmarked deadl
