This all-media exhibition examines contemporary work with the human fi gure as it’s subject. This call is open to national and internationa l artists. JUROR Jeff Huntington received an MFA in 1997 from The Sch ool of the Art Institute of Chicago and a BFA in 1995 from the Corcora n School of Art in Washington, DC. His work has been included in more than eighty exhibitions nationally and internationally over the past 2 5 years. His paintings are in private and public collections throughou t the world, including The Rockford Art Museum in Rockford, Illinois a nd in U.S. embassies in the Philippines and Panama. Reviews of his wor k have been featured in numerous publications, including The Washingto n Post, The Washington Times, The New York Times, Juxtapos, The New Ar t Examiner, as well as a feature on CNBC. Some awards received include The Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Fellowship (Canada), The Jacob Kainen Award for Excellence in Figurative Painting, a Maryland State A rts Council grant and The Ethel Lorraine Bernstein Memorial Award for Excellence in Painting. Huntington is currently an adjunct faculty mem ber at the Corcoran in Washington, DC. His paintings are represented b y Porter Contemporary in New York City, Reyes+Davis in Washington, DC, Gallery 1301 in Baltimore, MD, and The Annapolis Collection Gallery i n Annapolis, MD. LIMITATIONS Work should be less than 15 feet overall (height + width + length), with no one dimension measuring more than 7 feet. Final measurements must be inclusive of frame, if applicable. Weight may not exceed 150 pounds. All entries must have been conceived and created by the artist submitting the work and must have been crea ted within the last 5 years. All work selected must be ready for exhib it: 2D work must be framed with secure hanging devices; 3D work must b e suitably prepared with instructions for installation.
