DESCRIPTION:National Deadline: January 26, 2015- As part of the Tribun
 e Building Project, Incourage Community Foundation is announcing an op
 en competition for up to $300,000 in art installations. This opportuni
 ty, located in rural central Wisconsin, is supported by receipt of a C
 reative Placemaking grant from ArtPlace America. Incourage is seeking 
 a wide variety of art for permanent installation, including but not li
 mited to: landscape, graphic design, murals, 2-D and 3-D works connect
 ed to telling our community’s story.\nIndividuals, artist teams, and
  organizations from across the nation are eligible to apply. Applicant
 s are required to submit a letter of interest, current resume with ref
 erences, images of artwork and corresponding image summary.  Visit the
