  invites outdoor sculptors to submit images of their work for installa
 tion on the Yonkers Waterfront Esplanade and other locations.\nSculptu
 res are loaned to the City of Yonkers for periods one to three years o
 r more. Artists are paid a stipend of $1000 and are reimbursed for all
  installation expenses. All sculptures are fully insured by the Blue D
 oor.\nSculptors are invited to submit images of their work for review.
  Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of artists and the Yonkers De
