..this painting first drew me because of surreal feel--colors- and as is said 'composition'.. mostly, expression in face of human.. really 'deep' ..as if here,yet core somewhere 'else'..pulled it up..and wanted to follow feel of hues with which you 'form' ..so..wondered 'who' is the cat..who is so into movement of 'tail'{cats by nature into any movement ;-))}..but to me..'tail' seems like extension of hand -touching face of person..the arm around the humans' shoulder.. compassionate feel..hues in face..deep! in shadow..the light in it for me is just to define features, does not lighten deep feel....this dark green/blue etc..hue is as if dark cloud, or tree (symbolic to me) throws shadow on her 'face'..connect to her hands..hands important to me..light.. Will save this for me..not 'done'.. Might again put too much own emotions and mood into a work I like..Thanks for the journey of mind and feel.. Luise.

I really like this one...wondering about what inspired you. It's a curious piece indeed.
