Abstractions of landscapes

I'm a painter at heart but have found that in my daily life inspiration is something that we constantly chance upon in our daily lives, carrying a camera gives one the ability to capture independent moments of inspiration. Later at home or in my studio I'm able to dissect the idea, layering the ever evolving concept into something visually rewarding to my eye. Using painting techniques I'm able to integrate photographic realism into an abstract concept utilizing Adobe Photoshop with hand painted layers. If that makes sense?
