Art of Building 2012 Finalists

Finalists for the Art of Building 2012 photography competition have been released, illuminating photographers who share a reverence for architectural space and its relationship to our daily lives.

A judging panel chose 12 images from over 3000 photographs received from every corner of the globe. The panel of expert judges have shortlisted these 12 entries, but the winner is selected by viewers. Please take a moment and support your fellow artist by voting.

The competition is run by the Chartered Institute of Building of Berkshire, U.K., and celebrates the creativity of the industry, the passion of the people who work within it, and the impact their work has on those who make use of the final construction.

Some of the entries will also be auctioned off for charity later this year, with funds helping to build hurricane and earthquake resilient schools in Haiti through the UK charity Article 25.
