The Fourth of July: the intensely-colored orange milkweed grows alongside the highways in Kentucky, where we happened to be traveling on Independence Day. July 4th is celebrated with evening fireworks across the U.S., and the similar energy behind brushstrokes and colors in this series was not planned, but appeared as work progressed.
Northern Delights: specifically of trees and forests in cooler, northern climates.
Dancing With Trees, a collection for the exhibition with the same name, but also a series of individual studies in a variety of mediums.
Gold In The Mountains: studies of the glowing - even on an overcast day - forests of Aspen (Poplar) that dominate the Kananaskas Valley, Rocky Mountains south of Calgary, Alberta, Canada in Autumn.
My approach toward art emphasizes value in the work process, where means to expression are diverse. Styles reflect intuitive responses to subjects, emotional memories, media, format, etc.
From NY to the U.K., the most comprehensive and respected source for income & exhibition opportunities.
