Troy's desire to impress the other members of the Fraternal Order of Augmentation Agents was as vibrant as ever. He decided to ask Marla in product development to join him for the annual awards dinner. Troy had his reputation to uphold. For seven out of eight years Troy brought a new companion. Each one was a knock-out. He did admit to having one off year. His impacted wisdom teeth came in and the women he tried to invite either did not understand him or were put off by his breath. He wound up going with his cousin’s roommate who came with a stack of resumes and spent the night networking. But Marla was a real trophy. Not only lean, graceful and gorgeous but full of brains. And get this...she had intelligent hobbies. This would reflect well on him. He never forgot over hearing Seth say that the only thing Troy could hold in a conversation was his hat. Wait till his buddies at FOAA heard her talk about science, the out doors, nature and her love of animals. She was into rock climbing and had a fascination with insects. Yea, this was going to be a goooood night.
