I am fascinated by artists that create interpretable images and sensations. There is something truly generous about this approach. How do you think about the communication vs. evocation split? Do you agree they are separate approaches? I like these a lot. My roomate and I drew things for which the other would rationalize visually by figuration in college. Fond memories of a playful time. It can be a really successful approach. How have people responded to these?
