"The Colorado Experiment"

Acrylic on 16"x20" canvas board

1-4-2015 Here is my favorite street in Denver of the Oxford hotel built in 1891 with the train station in the distance. I wanted the old time feel so I painted it in a black and white gray scale. Located in the Oxford is The Cruise Room which was re-decorated in 1933 after a bar on the Queen Mary Luxury Liner, looks exactly the same as it did back in the day, and is one of my favorite bars in the world.

Way to go Colorado!
