..instantly drawn to this painting.. Is expressions in 'eyes'.Visages! .Hand, that seems to go for 'heart' and intent to 'close'.... Love, how you painted foot ,hooked around the ,branch'..symbolic to me..Why do I get feel of Lemur..Think..Then..Look at title...I had to look up the word 'flaying'.. Notice the ripped off..torn away..dark windows...as if absence of 'life' behind the dark openings...Painting expresses absence of so much..yet, full of expression 'for'..hm..Like a 'blackout' feel.. but of inside..to me.. Martin..please enlighten this artist.. These 'eyes'..of both..follow me..Is Great Art work!!! so absolute 'real' surreal.. Best.Luise.
