valley view

A plein air pastel piece done on a recent road trip with my son,Rhys. This was the view from a secondary road. We try to use older roads as they usually have better scenery than expressways. Plus less traffic. I prefer working in pastels for en situ works. It was a little chilly that morning and mist was rising in the valley.
