Sorry for the delay in response. I've been wrapped up in making new paintings...against my more intelligent judgement (I've still not answered the million dollar question of how does and artist survive when the economy is down the drain)<br />

Really like the image you sent along. along with being very cathartic, its very grounded and modern in the way we contemporary people "see" the world. I hear 'ya - the tension that builds when you are doing a tight piece is what keeps it exciting, sure but after a fashion you just have to let go. I agree with you clouds are a great release. I am going to try to attach a picture of a small piece I just took off the easel to show how I also let go.<br />
