No, It's acrylic on canvas. I mixed some elmers glue with the black paint. Poured from the left side; then poured from the right side. Pained the canvas turquoise before pouring the other colors.

Is this oil floated on water, then paper dropped on the surface? That's how we used to make marbled paper.
