Event Description

National Deadline: September 15, 2014 - Highly regarded Jentel Artist Residency Program awards one month residencies throughout the year to visual artists in all media and writers in all genres. The residency is located in a spectacular setting on a working cattle ranch in the foothills of Wyoming's Bighorn Mountains twenty miles southeast of Sheridan.

We are currently accepting applications for the Winter/Spring 2015 program.

ELIGIBILITY
Residencies are intended as professional development opportunities for visual artists in all media and writers in all genres. Mature as well as emerging artists are encouraged to apply.

AWARD
The award includes a spacious house with common living, dining and recreating areas; a library with computer and printer; a large private bedroom; and a separate low tech/equipment based private studio with Internet access. Residents are invited to share their work through various outreach opportunities in the community.
