Working in A Post Modern Impressionist style, the Color Series works are based on color relationships, and experimentation with hues and values, as well as composition and social comment. I chose to paint the skies as the dominant subject matter because the constantly changing and vast atmostpheres inspire optimism and all the possibilities of a new day.
