I like the straight-forward contradictory relationship between form & title in this piece.  It appears quite calculated in its use of controlled and rhythmic cross-hatched lines.  The media of ballpoint pen further contributes to the visual irony, as it creates a consistent linear measure throughout the drawing.  I also enjoy the areas of slightly darker shadow built up through more hatched marks, creating soft waves of tonality which crest into slightly pointed peaks.  But again, the value pattern remains overall low in contrast, and orchestrated chaos.
