A lot of the allegories in this illustration parallel feelings I felt on a trip to California to see loved ones. First to be recognized are Sam (next to Aimy) and his sister, Nina. Sam feels he is letting his sister down by leaving home, but the reality of the situation is that Nina appreciates every little thing her brother does for her (even if it's as small as giving her his tail to hold when she doesn't have her mother's doll in her arms), and is confident she will see him again.

Next is Aimy. Her fur begins to turn less flamboyantly colorful and her figure begins to gain mass. However, she is more confident than she has ever been, and loves her over all image just as powerfully. Aimy always tried so hard to live up to expectations she set for her appearance and social life that she had not looked herself since she was young. Now that she has a huge focus on taking care of Sam, she is growing and maturing.

Next in the background, there's Andrew and Lily getting re acquainted after conflicting each other, showing a re-connection with his goals of growing.

They sit beside the god of shy potential. This god manifests itself into a creature smaller than a guardian, yet is and controls the entire ocean of the gods. Little does Andrew know that the god of shy potential represents his own tenancy to underestimate himself, and so is why so many other gods take haven in it's body. Little does he know that Andrew is looking into his own eyes when looking at the glowing masks of pain within this god.
