While I appreciated your previous painting a while back that boldly appropriated and subverted Korean graphics and propaganda posters, Amore Mio ti Amo has a different flavor.  To some degree it still boats a pin-up type female figure, but the piece feels less retro and more sardonic. The tongue and cheek baby doll outfit is a strange juxtaposition to the sweeping green grass.  The landscape is exaggerated in surreal high chroma color, but the omission of other signifiers to the love narrative also adds mystery to the meaning.  The model is as enticing as she is craftily mocking the viewer. I also find it curious that she is positioned off to the corner of the square picture plane. It could be said the open space invites the viewer into the landscape, but again the tilting of the ground intuitively counters this supposition. We are courted, and then pushed back.
