Gap, acrylic on paper, 40x50 cm, 2012
The work " Gap " represents the depth, the interiorization. Most of the persons are afraid of going to see in depth in them, they content with remaining on-surface. Why? Because they dread finding in them the truths and the colors which do not please them. And nevertheless while interiorizing one really learns and be familiar with ourself. Crossed the color sinks mixture of browns and blacks which represents the in-depth access, we cross the red color, the synonym for passion, and in the heart the light blue color. The person discovers in her a magnificent color blue symbolizing the peace, the purity and the loyalty. In west, the blue is the color of the dress of the Virgin Mary. It represent the link between the ground and the sky, between the earth and the spiritual. We also notice small touches of whites strewed on the picture, implying that we can find a lot of light in the depths of gaps, it’s again necessary to have the courage to go there.
