A concept of a god from the second book of my series (The Mutatione inrerius Mundi), titled The Terra Nubelesus. Gods stand for behaviors, emotions, and situations Andrew faced in the social world.
"Sifting through mist, your most dominant feelings are pride and confidence, as shown by your largest masks. You garnish yourself with a fleshy mantle, decorating yourself with a tissue blanket with long fringes which wave limply as force moves them. But your 'blanket' of a mantle covers the eyes of the dominant mask on each end of your body, leaving you blind beyond your judgement now dominated by recessive masks.

Each fringe has an emotional reaction as a result of your own lack of knowledge. You judge the different beings, the things you don't understand, and even the misunderstood situations with masks of anxiety, fear, aggressive anger, passive anger, uncertainty, prejudice, or obliviousness. It isn't until the veil is lifted on one of your dominant masks until you realize what you're doing and until you become reasonable." -description of visual metaphor-
