I enjoy the marked variation in subject and approach in your online portfolio.  It appears as though some formal, compositional shifts are in actuality derived from the medium itself.  This most recent piece Satan’s Lure shares many color and design characteristics for example with the digital work Crab Nebula.  Utilizing radial streams of light emanating from a central organic focal element unifies the compositions and provides visual stability.  The intense saturation of the hues alternately adds active movement and unexpected density of space.  I believe I’ve commented before on your sculptural wood pieces.  While they initially appear stylistically disparate in technique and form, these digital imagery could be viewed as sharing an exploration of a singular organic form that takes on a funnel like (Bryce) shape.
