The photograph simply titled Warped Wood stands out among your sunset/landscape images because of its subtle textural patterns and neutral hues.  I like that while your sunset images are of dramatic and accepted beauty, the wood image shows beauty in the ordinary. The topography of the forms physical undulations creates an interesting shadow pattern that slightly mimics but also differentiates from the linear waves in the wood grain. The cropping of that particular section on a diagonal also creates an unexpected design through repetition of the circular knots and organic shapes.
