About the Artist

[Heather M Semore]

I thought I would introduce myself to you guys a bit. My name is Heather Semore, and I am an aspiring artist. I am currently enrolled in an accredited art school and will soon transfer to receive my four year Fine Arts degree at Webster University. I aim to become certified as an art therapist in my career future and want my work to be an influence to people around the world if at all possible.

While I am still at the beginning stages of my career I do not allow that to stop me from trying to get ahead in the art world. I am currently a featured artist at a local gallery in my area and I sell prints of my work on a daily basis.

I work with many subjects and mediums. My current focus is Typography and Figure Drawing, the latter being a big part of my degree, the prior being what I consider to be my signature style.

I ALWAYS appreciate good criticism and welcome any ideas for my improvement, but I will not tolerate any nonconstructive words. I hope soon I will be a welcome member of this group and be recognized as having the same artistic potential as my peers on this site.
