Curator’s Comments:  

I’ve come to enjoy good studio pictures on the site. Some spaces directly reflect the color palette and amount of compositional activity in the work.  This space strikes me as rather clean and subdued, despite the gestural and colorful paintings produced here.  I do wonder if the white sections in the paintings in any way reflect the white architecture of the elongated windows.  In other ways the tactile abstraction counters the clearly organized work space.  Thank you for inviting into your studio to see your practice.
