Event Description

Regional Multi-State Deadline: Open Until Filled or July 20, 2015 - The Blue Door Artist Organization based in Yonkers, New York invites outdoor sculptors to submit images of their work for installation on the Yonkers Waterfront Esplanade and other locations.

Sculptures are loaned to the City of Yonkers for periods one to three years or more. Artists are paid a stipend of $1000 and are reimbursed for all installation expenses. All sculptures are fully insured by the Blue Door.

Sculptors are invited to submit images of their work for review. Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of artists and the Yonkers Department of Downtown and Waterfront Development.
