I have been painting for many years; I have gone through lots of phases, starting with oils, going through watercolor, mixed media, collage, acrylic and oil pastel.  Although never painting with great detail, I always like to be able to see some object in the work; and I painted in what I considered an impressionistic style.  During these years, I was able to win awards in local and regional juried shows and was accepted into a few national shows. I also have had success with selling and…
